In 1999, Fiona joined Radiant Systems as a senior business process and implementation consultant. During her nine years with Radiant, Fiona successfully assisted more than 22 clients across 30 countries, including such well known petroleum retailers as Wawa, Sheetz, Shell, Exxon Mobil, Repsol, Conoco, BP, and Total. Brighid is the authority on retail software and its optimization in retail settings. With nearly 20 years of Information Technology experience, Brighid has successfully implemented change from quality assurance management, to sales force automation, to product management for start-ups to large businesses including The Weather Channel.
Brighid’s career led to a position as a senor consultant with Radiant Systems focusing on the petroleum convenience and grocery industries. Brighid led global projects for Radiant including the launch of Radiant’s proprietary BlueCube Software. Brighid worked hand-in-hand with the product development team, ultimately moving to the U.K. to manage and support the European customer base which included major corporations such as Total, Shell, Repsol, Mitchells and Butlers.
In 20xx Brighid returned to the U.S. and continued as a project manager with RedPrairie, the U.S affiliate of BlueCube. Her responsibility now included the management of re-seller relationships and expanding client services to include retail and food service customers such as FiveGuys and O'Charley's.
